KAU is distinct in that it’s Greensboro, North Carolina's first all-encompassing restaurant, butcher, and bar, and our in-house butcher personally hand-cuts all of the meat we serve. Get some of that prime steak, house-made sausage, or thick-cut bacon you enjoyed during your meal at KAU to cook up at home or to host your own big party!

We carry Black Angus USDA Prime Beef cuts, sourced from the highest-rated stockyard in the country, called Braveheart Farms. All of our meats are hormone and antibiotic free.

We put our most popular mainstay items on this page so that you can access them and order at any time, and then pick them up at KAU any day of the week–all at the touch of a button.
